TSCM Counter Surveillance is the technical practice of Surveillance Specialist Group — an independent Florida firm focused on the privacy exposures that conventional IT and physical-security programs are not designed to cover: unauthorized monitoring of personal devices, controlled-access risk inside organizations, unauthorized account access, and the targeted information exposure that executives, principals, and counsel face.

We work two distinct caseloads. The first is referrals from family-law counsel — clients navigating contested separations or other sensitive personal circumstances where personal devices, accounts, or location data may have been accessed without consent. The second is corporate and institutional engagements: executives, boards, founders, and leadership teams protecting privileged communications, sensitive negotiations, and trade secrets. The technical discipline overlaps; the surrounding context does not. Our process accounts for both.

Every engagement begins with a confidential consultation. No intake forms, no portals, no public ticketing. We listen, scope the situation, and quote work that matches it. When findings warrant preservation for legal proceedings, they are preserved under chain-of-custody discipline. When the work requires discretion, the work runs quietly.
